Founded in 1987 by William Kizziah, M.T.C. began with a single truck and trailer and a commitment to delivering dependable pressure washing services to residential and commercial clients. What started as a small operation quickly gained traction as customers recognized the quality of work and level of care provided. As demand grew, so did the company's capabilities.
Expanding Expertise for Major Brands
By 1993, the business evolved into M.T.C. Exterior Maintenance, expanding into lawn and exterior facilities services for major retail brands including Valero Energy, Diamond Shamrock, and Randall's. Continued trust from long-standing clients opened the door to broader opportunities, and by the late 1990s, MTC Contracting expanded to include inside facilities, delivering everything from routine repairs to complete remodels.

In 2008, William and his son, Chase Kizziah, introduced specialized bird control services, combining environmental cleaning with professionally installed barrier systems. This addition reinforced the company's ability to solve complex facility challenges with practical, long-term solutions.

In 2023, leadership transitioned to the next generation as Chase Kizziah was named president, and the company rebranded as MTC Contracting, a name that reflects the full range of services now offered across the construction and maintenance industry.
